here are the things I found wrong:
in the part of the song with the chords, you paused too long in between them. Practice that.
the upper part got too boring after a while. Try some new chords.
the bass was to loud compared to the upper part
no main tune
it stayed the same a lot... you need to variate

Perhaps I planned it so ;) and there is of course a main tune... the first 4 chords of the bass ;)
Well I can rarely improve the things you found wrong because I'm playing like that!
The only thing i could improve is the variation of chords but if I do that it will sound almost like one of my improvisation and I wanted to try something new ;)

I had to turn my speakers way up to hear it, and by then the sound quality stunk. Good job on the variations. Try not to change instruments so quickly.Gets repetitive, speed up the theme, do a chramatic scale, something.
